Quince Summers’ has handle the sale of two pieces of property for us. The first property was a ranch property in Frio County, put up for sale in 2009. At that time the market for such property was very soft. Quince exhibited his persistence in showing and marketing the property. He regularly kept us informed as to showings and potential buyers, and helped to guide us thru the sales process from beginning to end.

As a result of this positive experience we again requested Mr. Summers’ help in the sale a commercial property near Dilley in 2010. Again Quince was very help in providing up-to-date valuations on this property and information about potential buyers. This was also a successfully completed sale.

With no reservations we would highly recommend Quince Summers as an extremely professional and capable realtor.
